Expertise with Industrial Refrigeration Systems
Our technical expertise has been gained from an extensive variety of refrigeration processes including food cooling and freezing requirements, environmental product testing, and commercial/supermarket refrigeration systems.
This expertise also includes process refrigeration systems, which have stringent requirements and operational duties. We can offer in-depth examinations of Process Flow Diagrams (PFD's), Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's), and redundancy in control systems, as well as analysis of cooling requirements and equipment capabilities.
The range of applications includes single and multi-stage systems and economized operation using ammonia, HCFC's, HFC’s, CO2, and various hydrocarbon refrigerants. Additionally, we have worked with multiple refrigerants for ultra low-temperature cascade refrigeration systems.
